U can buy those 95% alcohol (pharmacy will have), just tell them for 'cleaning wound'. Then take out 1 of the broken blusher n put into a glass/ceramic bowl (don't use plastic). Smash it all until it's all become loose powder, then put drop by drop of the alcohol. Mix is until become a paste. Then clean the pan (empty - the one that u take out from) and then put the paste into the pan and then it will be just as brand new.
